I'm super excited to share a new recipe today (since it's been practically forever!): Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies! These are, in my opinion, the best kind of cookie because they're healthy, contain chocolate, and taste great. This recipe will help you achieve the perfect balance of soft and chewy.

Healthy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Makes 45 standard-sized cookies.
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and yogurt. Whisk in egg. Gradually add the flour mixture.
Add oats and chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto baking sheets lined with lightly greased parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow cookies to cool completely. Serve and enjoy! :)
